Engine harness assembly
What is the assembly?
As the name implies, itconsists of scattered things combined together in a certain way and order. With the wire harness processing shown above, we can acknowledge that is recommended to press the good and sub-packaged good semi-finished product line in accordance with the provisions of the panel board location and line, row board, wiring, winding, wrapped, and ultimately get the finished product process.

The assembled panel is preferably printed with a photo paper. The board diagram shall includes the following:
Length of each section
Bellows and the size of silicone tube size and location
The position of the connector and connector on the wire line number
Size
Color
The position of a hole
Line to the distribution
Positioning hole
Note and its special technical notes
Among other factors
Operator staff in the course of the operation should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the panel to sub-assembly and assembly, the problems encountered in a timely manner to the technical staffput forward. If you encounter that the course of the operation will not be inserted into the wrong terminal or other special circumstances, you should notifya responsible person as soon as possible.
